My Understanding of Self-Belief

I’ve seen magic happen when people believe in themselves. Let me share some stories that changed my perspective forever.
Remember my sister’s movie incident? She booked tickets one morning, got ready, and went to the mall. The show was canceled. She came back saying, “See? I’m always unlucky.” But when a similar thing happened to me, I called my friends. One was free, and we ended up having a fantastic day with coffee and conversations. The difference? Our mindset and self belief. We are what we believe we are.

Stories That Shaped Our Mission

My personal journey taught me unforgettable lessons:

• In 10th standard, I couldn’t speak English well. My teacher, Shamla Ma’am, believed I could be School Captain. Her belief in me changed everything. I won that election.
• I watched Joyita, after just one year of training, become an outstanding trainer because I believed in her potential. Today, she’s trained hundreds of students.
• An alumnus of Chitrakoota School, now a medical student, called me at 1 AM, panicking about her exams. I reminded her of her capabilities. Today, she’s a successful doctor.

This isn’t just a slogan. I’ve lived it. I’ve seen it transform lives:

• When teachers believe in students, grades improve dramatically

• When I believe in my staff, they achieve beyond expectations

At Chitrakoota, we don’t just offer facilities. When parents walk in for admissions, our first promise isn’t about swimming pools or academic scores. It’s about our unwavering belief in their child’s potential.

I remember Sapna, who joined us as a first standard. Today, she handles 10th standard classes. Why? Because we believed she could.
